Details
Under Tunics are difficult to visualize in their own way, but from late medieval sources it is proven that a shirt was worn under the outerwear. The same applies to the early Middle Ages, as shirts of linen can be used as burial and underwear (for example, in the tomb of Balladoole, Isle of Man). It was thought that the underwear was still visible when all the clothes were put on. The fine fabric makes wearing a woolen tunic more pleasant, and in the summer is a welcome alternative to the wool.

The under-tunic fits well at the correct size and the over-tunic of the same size is a tiny bit larger so the under-tunic doesn't make it tight. That being said, the over-tunic was a tiny bit tight in the armpits, but it doesn't restrict any movement. Definitely recommend taking measurements beforehand. The material for both tunics are different and the detail shows up close, with a more rugged material for the over-tunic and a softer for the under.. 100% would recommend this bundle for anyone looking to get both tunics. Ich hatte meine Auswahl zwischen dem Gewandset Fenris (rot) und Aegir (grün).Rating
Fenris hat mir schon sehr gut gefallen (und das rot ist klasse), aber am Ende wollte ich lieber etwas kurzärmliges.
Das Gewandset habe ich dann noch mit Fiebeln und grünen Wadenwickeln erweitert.
Hose, Barett und Gürtel hatte ich noch.
Insgesamt bin ich begeistert und freue mich schon auf die nächsten Mittelalter-Veranstaltungen.

Ich hab mir die Aegir eine Nummer größer bestellt, dann ist es für mich perfekt.
